How do I use my tickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number.

When you arrive, please present your ticket on either your smart phone or a printed copy. If you don’t have a smart phone or a printer, please make a note of your Booking Reference Number

What time should I arrive?

We’re open 9.00-17.00 Monday to Saturday, and 10.00-16.00 on Sundays – you’re welcome to arrive as early or as late as you like, but we recommend you get here around 10.00 to make the most of the day

Is car parking available?

We have a large, free to use car park located right next to the fun field

Is the maze wheelchair accessible?

The entire site is wheelchair accessible, though some areas and paths in the maze may have uneven ground. Conditions underfoot (due to e.g. heavy rainfall) may also make it less accessible

Do you have toilet facilities?

The maze has its own toilet block, and there is a disabled toilet located in the garden centre

Can I buy lunch at the fun field?

Yes! We have a fully equipped tea room/café serving hot and cold lunches and drinks, and this year, for the first time, we have a catering truck serving hot snacks

Can I bring my own picnic?

Absolutely! We have plenty of picnic benches for you to sit at, or feel free to find a nice spot of grass

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, as long as they’re always kept on a short lead

Can I buy tickets on the day?

You can, although you’ll save yourself money and also be able to skip the queue by buying online beforehand
